Loki was a shape shifter and gender shifter too so it may not be strange to hear he Mothered Odin's horse Sleipnir! He did that because he was distracting the stallion of a giant who wanted the hand of the goddess of love and would have won it if the giant finished building Asgard on time as the stallion was off being distracted and fathering Sleipnir with Loki in the form of A mare. Loki felt maternal and gave birth the a foal with eight legs which the mother Loki gave to his blood brother Odin.
